Stay in exquisite French Catalonia and learn to cook

Catalan Cooking Experience

The Catalan Cooking Experience

This is a rare opportunity to learn how to cook delicious organic Catalan and Spanish food whilst staying in the heart of the Mediterranean Pyrenees.

Immerse yourself in our unique cooking and wine tasting experience in an area with the highest concentration of Michelin starred restaurants, including the Cellar de Can Roca, rated second in the world after the famed El Bulli.

Enjoy fantastic food and fine wines as you learn new skills and make new friends. Soak up the atmosphere as you relax in a beautiful location between the mountains and the sea, close to the border with Spain.

Your experience

We shop at local markets to source the freshest organic local produce to cook with.

We visit local slow food producers for the best olive oils, cheeses and wines in the most beautiful towns and villages of the Pyrenees Orientales.

You will have the opportunity to sample the wines of the Languedoc and enjoy a private lunch with an internationally-acclaimed Roussillon vineyard owner. With the help of a sommelier, you will taste some of the best cava's of Catalunya and experience an afternoon of luxury in the Castillo 'wine spa'.

Cooking Classes
