Descrizione dell'Area

In the parish of Autignac, in the Herault departement, surrounded by vine-clad hillsides and mountain streams, this former windmill at the heart of a wine-producing domaine has been completely restored and furnished to the highest standards.

The Chateau de Chiffre comes with a private swimming pool, can sleep up to 11 guests, and is air conditioned throughout.

Chateau de Chiffre

The chateau comprises 230m2 of living space in a private park of more than 5000m2.

The Accommodation

The bright, spacious living room has an open fire and a sofa bed for 2 guests. There is a spacious dining room leading on to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 large twin bedrooms, each with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There is also an office/games room that can be used as an additional bedroom for the young guests with 3 single convertible beds.

On the first floor is a large twin room with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is a further large twin bedroom with direct access to the balcony.

Outside

Outside the vineyard stretches over a 70 hectare estate that lies at the foot of Mont Caroux and beside the Haut Languedoc Regional Park. A 12x6m fenced private pool also sits within the grounds. The outdoor dining terrace is 70m2.

The property comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 3 children or teenagers.

Linen is available at a cost of €10 per double bed, €8 per single. Towels are available for €5 p/p.

Energy costs are included in the rental price.

End of stay cleaning is charged at €100 per week. If more than 5 hours is needed it will be charged at €20 p/h.

Well behaved pets are welcome at the property.

Smoking is permitted on the ground floor only (not including bedrooms).

There is a security deposit of €2000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
